Bob and I want to thank you for representing us in the sale of Barnegat Light.  You made the process painless for us and the new owners are as excited about the property as we were in 1998.  As I said to Susan at the closing, we wish you worked in Philadelphia as well or we could clone you both to represent us in the sale of our primary residence in Society Hill.  Bob and I hope that our paths cross is the future.
